Office Expansion of Relocation Notice

Dear Valued Clients,

Thank you for your continued trust and support in GIL! As we celebrate GIL's ten years in Hong Kong, we are excited to announce that due to business expansion and team growth, our Hong Kong headquarter will relocate to Central Plaza this October, marking the beginning of a new chapter. The GIL team will move to the new office, continuing to provide comprehensive cross-border professional services to our clients.

The Hong Kong entities providing secretarial and concierge services, along with GIL's various business divisions—GIL (HK) (Corporate Services), GIL Trust (Trust Services), and GIL Fund Services (Fund Services)—will officially change their registered addresses effective 1 August. Our Corporate Services Department is currently handling the relevant procedures, and further details can be found below.

Regarding the change of your Hong Kong company's registered office address information, we have prepared the relevant board resolutions for your signature as part of the company's internal records.

We are currently processing the necessary filings with government departments, and once completed, we will promptly provide you with the filing documents and a scanned copy of the updated Business Registration Certificate for your records. Due to the high volume of documents, we anticipate this feedback will be completed gradually between August and September. If your company has any special needs during this period, please feel free to contact us.

For any other changes related to your company's registered address, please notify the relevant parties (such as banks and business partners) in a timely manner based on the updated documents we provide.
